Per il musetto spezzare i biscotti in due o tre parti. Si alterna uno strato di crema e un altro di biscotti. Cos\u00ec via, facendo attenzione a tenere abbastanza crema per la copertura finale, che si liscia aiutandosi con un cucchiaio o una ultimi diventano gli aculei del porcospino: vanno infatti infilati ben dritti sulla schiena. Per gli occhietti e il naso usare piccole caramelle o, come in questo caso, liquirizie dal cuore rosa.
